IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No. However, any order under $100 will incur a $40 delivery fee.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
There are two ways. Either by phone or by requesting a qoute via email.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Most Items are charged at a daily rate; however, there are certain items that have hourly rates.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations can be made up to two weeks prior without a service fee.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Changes made within 48 hours of the reservation date will incurr a 25% service charge.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
Yes. You will recieve that number at the time of delivery.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
There is a 50% down payment requirements for sound system rentals with the balance due prior to set-up on the day of the event.
For all other items, payment can be made in advance up to prior to set up.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
Yes, there are a couple additional fees.
Any delivery to a state or county beach/park inccurs an additional $60 fee
Any delivery picked up after 6pm will inccur a $60 additional fee unless arrangements are made prior to drop off.
